High-pressure fuel injection pipes are critical pipelines connecting the high-pressure fuel pump (or common rail) to the fuel injectors. Their primary task is to safely, accurately, and efficiently deliver ultra-high-pressure fuel to the injectors in each cylinder. In modern engines, injection pressure is crucial to fuel atomization and combustion efficiency. Therefore, fuel injection pipes are more than just simple delivery channels; they are critical structural components that withstand extreme pressure pulsations and ensure system dynamic response.

Product Advantages:
1. Made from specially customized high-strength, low-alloy steel tubing. Heat treatment and specialized cold working processes yield extremely high yield strength and fatigue resistance, enabling them to safely withstand the ultra-high pressures exceeding 200 MPa encountered in diesel common rail systems.

2. Advanced processing technology is employed. By applying extreme pressure to the pipe, plastic deformation occurs on the inner wall, creating residual compressive stress. This effectively offsets the tensile stress generated by the fuel operating pressure, significantly improving the pipe's fatigue life and burst pressure.

3. Advanced CNC tube bending machines are used to ensure the pipe's three-dimensional geometry perfectly matches the engine design, ensuring precise installation.
